Priya is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She received her bachelor’s in micromolecular biology with a minor in health sciences at The University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. She went on to pursue a career as a clinical research associate in Citrus County, Florida where she spent 2 years on the cutting edge of clinical pharmaceutical research.
As she forayed deeper into the biological sciences, she saw the opportunity to become a physician assistant and attended the esteemed Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has been a PA for 7 years with a diverse clinical background.
She started her career in primary care however she yearned to be on the front lines, treating the most critical patients in the most vulnerable populations. It was this dream that took her to New York City in March 2020, in the heart of the global pandemic.
After almost a year of caring for patients across the country, she decided to return to her roots in Citrus Country, Florida. She currently serves her childhood community in the Emergency Room at University of Florida Health-Shands in Gainesville. Her time in the emergency room allows Priya to hone in on her precise procedural skills.
She loves doing hands-on procedures and has a devout passion for aesthetics. Her clinical research background and her prowess for building lasting, productive interpersonal relationships with patients has led her far in her career. Paired with her tactile expertise learned through her time in primary care and Emergency Medicine, Priya has positioned herself well for a career in aesthetics.
She has had extensive private training with industry leading experts in facial assessments and comprehensive aesthetic treatment. She strives to understand her patients, educate them and create a personalized experience for them.
Priya spends her free time with family and friends traveling the world.
