To our valued patients:
With the recent rapidly evolving situation with the Coronavirus, COVID -19, we have made the decisions to suspend all surgical procedures at our Center for the next two weeks. In our clinic, we will only be seeing those patients who must come in for drain removals; suture removals or other pressing needs.
In addition, we are suspending all facial aesthetics (including injectables and fillers) and Cool Sculpting for two weeks.
We as a Practice and Center have taken steps to address this situation with our own staff recommending that they follow the guidelines:
- No travel for business or personal reasons to any area of high risk; or to have contact with family members who have been in proximity to anyone suspected of having traveled to a high risk area – if they have we are asking them to self-isolate for 14 days.
- We have some office staff working remotely
- We have directed any staff who feel sick for any reason to stay home and to consult with us via phone
- We have strictly instituted structuring those clinics where we must see patients so that there is no waiting in a waiting room
We will be reassessing the situation for surgical procedures done at our Center; aesthetic treatments and Cool Sculpting treatments over the next two weeks. Safety is always our priority and should the guidelines dictate that we will need to extend this period, we will do so.
While some of these measures may seem inconvenient, we are employing them in an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe. It is unclear at this time how long these restrictions must remain in place. Please review your email periodically, as we will communicate with as many of our patients as possible with email blasts. We will also have abbreviated staff at our Center and Clinic to answer questions by phone during business hours: Monday through Thursday 8 am– 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 12 pm).
