My experience here was so wonderful. The paperwork/check in process was quick, as they had me do it prior to arrival...smart. I was taken back right away and met with Lindsey. I was skeptical at first, as I have been to previous places and not had such a great experience. As I spoke Lindsey got me...she said to me, "This is what I hear you saying..." and everything she picked up was on point. She was actually listening. She educated me on the products and we discussed recommendations. I decided to do the procedure right then! She did not hurt me, she was gentle and made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. Then when I went to check out, they used my Brilliant Distinctions rewards, which I didn't even know I had available, to save me $$ and Maryanne, who checked me out was also super sweet and kind. The entire staff was smiling and made me feel relaxed. I have now referred two of my friends to Lindsey at Ocala Plastic Surgery 🙂 definitely a good choice and 2 weeks later my results are amazing! The Doctors at Ocala Plastic Surgery are not only talented surgeons but compassionate, approachable and eager to give you the results you desire. Bedside manner is phenomenal and they explain the procedure and expected results clearly as well as answering any and all questions ensuring your understanding.
