Spa Etiquette

Arrival
Please plan to arrive at least 15 min prior to your treatment so you can relax and prepare for your treatment.  First time guests should arrive earlier to complete your personal health profile.  This information will provide your aesthetician with simple guidelines to create a skin care plan for you.  If you have any special needs please inform us upon scheduling so we can best accommodate.

Cancelations Policy
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment.  Cancellations not given a 24 hour notice are subject to a 50% service charge.  No shows are subject to a full service charge.  Cancelations and no show fees are determined by administration.  Arriving late will simply shorten your treatment time.  Your treatment will end on time, so that the next patient will not be delayed and the full value of the treatment will be applied.

Confirmations
As a courtesy, we will call you to confirm your appointment a day or two prior.

Payments
Payment is due at time of service.  We accept cash, personal checks and all forms of credit.

Age Restrictions
Patients under the age of 18 must have a signed consent for treatment from a legal guardian or parent.

Gratuity
Gratuities are always appreciated but not expected.

Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates in any dollar amount.  Give the gift you know they will love.  Ask your aesthetician or receptionist for more information

Return Policy of Products
We will gladly exchange products or issue a credit on your account for non-prescription products within a 15 day time period.
