Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.  Everyone at our office is at your service.

Consultations

An initial consultation is required prior to surgery.  At this time, our doctors will address your general concerns regarding your body image, and discuss the procedure in detail.  The doctors also examine the patient as necessary.  The initial consultation offers an opportunity for the patient to ask any questions and clarify any doubts. If you wish to schedule a second examination, at no charge, you may do so at this time.

If you decide to proceed with the surgery, the second consultation may also serve as the preoperative visit.  At this consultation, you will be given pre- and post-operative instructions and any prescriptions that you may need.  You will also receive orders for any laboratory work that may be necessary.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
 

Charges & Fees

Cosmetic surgery is generally considered as "elective surgery".  Therefore, most insurance policies do not cover it.  However, there are some exceptions, and our doctors can tell you if your procedure is eligible for insurance coverage.

Fees are paid prior to your surgery date.  We accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Discover and Care Credit as well as personal checks, cashier's checks, or cash.

Please call our office at (352) 629 8154 for the cost of the procedure of your interest.  The fees include the charges for the operating room, anesthesia fee, recovery room and supply costs.  The fees do not include any diagnostic tests and/or prescriptions that may be required.  The doctor may request that you obtain an EKG, chest X-ray or mammogram.  These can be done through your personal physician, if you like.
