Our operating rooms and recovery rooms undergo stringent inspection by the State regulatory agency for surgical facilities and are accredited for major surgical procedures; the highest possible rating. We have dedicated anesthesia staff who are skilled and who have a specific interest in plastic surgery patients. They can provide a wide range of anesthesia choices which are determined to provide safety and comfort during your procedures and which can include general anesthesia.

Many factors go into determining where a surgical procedure is best performed, but in all cases, the patient's comfort, safety and the requirements of the operation determine whether it is best performed at our center or at the hospital. Our four plastic surgeons have hospital privileges at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala Regional Medical Center, and West Marion Community Hospital. For your recovery most of our patients choose to recover at home with responsible adult supervision. For long-distance travelers, out of town patients and patients whose families reside out of state, there are several area alternatives which include local hotels, after-care facilities and home care nursing care.
